Refund Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to one-time purchases made within the Palja app through Google Play Billing — Reading, Compatibility, and Yearly reports. Daily fortune unlocks earned via rewarded ads are free and are not covered by this policy.

2. When refunds are issued

We issue a full refund when the service did not deliver what you paid for. Examples:

  • The report failed to generate after our automatic retries.
  • The report was generated but is empty, broken, or unreadable due to a technical issue on our side.
  • You were charged but the purchase is not visible in your account.
  • Accidental duplicate charges for the same item.

3. When refunds are not issued

Because reports are digital content generated by AI specifically for you at the time of purchase, refunds are generally not available in the following cases:

  • The report was successfully generated and viewed, and the request is based on a change of mind or disagreement with the interpretation.
  • The purchase was made more than 30 days ago.
  • The account has previously received refunds for completed reports and is requesting another refund for delivered content.

Every case is reviewed individually. If you believe your situation falls outside these rules, please contact us with details.

4. How to request a refund

There are two ways:

A. Through Google Play (fastest, within 48 hours)

  1. Open the Google Play app on your device.
  2. Go to Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history.
  3. Tap the Palja purchase and select Refund or Report a problem.

Google decides on these requests automatically based on its own policies; we are not involved.

B. Email us directly

If the Google Play option is not available (for example, the purchase is older than 48 hours, or Google declined the request), email jubjub0395@gmail.com with:

  • Order number (starts with GPA.— visible in the app under Settings → Purchase history)
  • Date of purchase
  • A short description of the issue

5. Processing time

We aim to respond to refund emails within 3 business days. Once a refund is approved, Google Play returns the amount to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

6. What happens after a refund

When a refund is issued for a report:
  • Access to the report content is revoked.
  • Any companion character unlocked by that purchase returns to the locked state.
  • Daily fortune unlocks (earned via rewarded ads) are not affected.
