Account & Data Deletion

1. Deleting from inside the app (fastest)

Open ModooPalja and go to Settings → Delete account. The action is immediate: your authentication record, Saju profile, past readings, purchase records, push tokens, and companion collection are all removed from our servers, and your refresh tokens are revoked across every device.

2. Deleting without the app

If you can no longer access the app — for example, you uninstalled it — email jubjub0395@gmail.com from the same Google account you used to sign in. Include the subject line “Account deletion request”. We will verify ownership and complete deletion within 30 days, then reply to confirm.

3. What gets deleted

  • Your Supabase authentication account (email, user id)
  • Your Saju profile (name, birth date / time, gender)
  • All readings you have started or purchased
  • Push notification tokens registered to your account
  • Your Fortune Companions collection
  • All refresh tokens are revoked across every device

4. What we keep (and why)

We retain anonymized purchase logs (with no personal identifiers) for up to 5 years where required to comply with consumer-protection and tax laws governing in-app purchases. These records cannot be used to identify you and are kept solely for audit and refund dispute purposes.
